Delivery Policy

DIGITAL MUND sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically — everything is delivered online, instantly.

1. Instant digital delivery

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive an email containing your download link or access instructions for the product you purchased. Delivery is automatic and usually takes less than 5 minutes.

2. Delivery email

The delivery email is sent to the address you enter at checkout. Please double-check your email address before completing your order. If you don't see the email, check your spam/junk folder.

3. Delivery issues

If you haven't received your product within 24 hours of a successful payment, email txelozuck@gmail.com with your order number and payment reference, and we'll resend your product as quickly as possible.

4. Access & downloads

Download links remain active for 30 days. We recommend saving a local copy of your product immediately after downloading. Lost files can be re-sent free of charge within the 30-day window upon request.

5. No shipping fees

Because all products are digital, there are no shipping costs, no customs fees and no waiting times. The price you see is the price you pay.
